A: Acer does not offer extended warranties for recertified or refurbished products. You might check with Best Buy to see if they offer extended extended warranties for these devices.
Q: Can a stylus be used with this computer to draw/write?
A: It is compatible with stylus use.
A: While there is one memory slot on the mainboard it is not considered user accessible because the bottom case assembly and battery must be removed to access that slot. If you are very familiar with dismantling laptop products you could certainly try it but it is not recommended.
A: This comes with 12GB memory. 4GB is onboard and 8GB is in the one slot on the mainboard.
