A: It is in fact Duplex. You feed the document through once, for instance a business card, and both sides are quickly captured on a single pass. Nice not being prompted to feed the document through a second time to capture the other side, the product just works. Voila. Have had my Brother 920 DW for three weeks now. Like the portability/mobility and form factor. The only downside is the installation of drivers and perhaps quality of third party software. Good luck!
