A: seemed quite adequate.

A: I don’t believe it does. It does have a place for batteries in case there’s a loss of power.
Q: In event of power failure do alarm settings stay intact ?
A: Haven't had a chance to get that familiar with the clock yet, very busy in my life, sorry I can't help you with that question yet
