I would suggest starting with one of Jillian's other workouts (at least the 27-30min ones) before trying the Kickboxing DVD. I haven't tried the whole DVD yet, but the first workout is intense, and I wouldn't suggest starting with this if you haven't been working out on a normal basis. The "warm up" is pretty much it's own circuit -it kicks your butt from the start! The whole workout (there are 3 total) is actually 21 minutes.

I have several of Jillian's dvds and I'm not disappointed in any of them. This one took me a couple of times to get the routines down but they are great! I usually do this one twice a week and mix it up with her yoga and 30 day shred one. This one is a great cardio workout! I don't have much time so it is great first thing in the morning. I can work exercise into my schedule.

It's nice that you can pick your areas to work on! It's short but yet effective workout for those who are busy. I would recommend watching the tutorial first as they move quickly through the moves. This was fun and you will be sweating after doing it for 20 minutes.
