Q: What is the largest graphics card i can put in it. Also how many SSDs can the motherboard take.
A: Hey Nick, If you're talking about tiers of GPU, the highest offered for the Legion T5i is the RTX 5070, but upgrading to this GPU may warrant upgrading the PSU, as offerings with a 5070 have an 850W PSU. Also, you can have a total of 3 M.2 2280 SDDs, along with the option to add a 3.5" HDD upgrade yourself. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
Q: What is the motherboard model?”
A: Hey BenToven, This Legion T5i features a unique mATX motherboard that's supplied by Lenovo with no unique model number to review specifications outside of a part number to order a replacement board. If there's a specific feature or function you're inquiring about, please let us know in another question and we'd be happy to help. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
Q: Does this have a jack for headphones that is not usb?
A: Hey brad, The Legion T5i does feature a headphone / microphone combo jack (3.5mm) on top of the desktop. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
A: Hey Mick, You shouldn't see any issues with using a 4TB SSD in the 5.0 slot. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
A: Hey Hayboo, We're sorry to hear that this is the case. There are a number of reasons for this behavior when gaming on gaming desktops, but the most common are overheating (CPU/GPU), and GPU driver or hardware issue. To iron out the later, we recommend searching for the latest drivers via Legion Space on your husband's PC or you can go to NVIDIA's site directly. After updating the graphics drivers, if the issue persists, please monitor if the issue only happens when gaming. If this is the case, to rule out overheating, we recommend monitoring CPU and GPU temps and if either get at or above 90 degrees Celsius when gaming before the shutdown, this may be the root of the issue. If the system's overheating, check each fan to ensure it's running when the PC is on. We hope that this initial bunch of information helps, and please let us know if you need further assistance.
A: Hey T, We're sorry to hear that you've run into trouble with your Legion Tower 5i. At first, this seems to be a firmware or BIOS issue given what you've shared. To try to resolve this, we recommend checking for these kinds of updates via the Legion Space app. You can do so by opening Legion Space, then on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well. We hope that this helps, and if not, please let us know so that we can provide other troubleshooting steps to follow.
A: Hey Colby, We're sorry to hear that this was the case for you. This could be due to a number of reasons, including a mishandled Windows update. Is your computer still at a black screen despite being powered on? If so, please try the following immediate troubleshooting steps: 1. Hard Power Cycle: Unplug the power cable, hold the power button for 30 to 60 seconds, plug it back in, and turn it on. 2. Graphics Driver Reset: Press Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B simultaneously. You might hear a beep and the screen should refresh. 3. External Monitor Check: Plug an external monitor or TV into the HDMI port to check if the issue is with the display or the PC itself. 4. Keyboard Shortcut: If you see nothing, try holding Fn+B and pressing the power button simultaneously, which may force a display driver reset. If none of these have resolved the issue, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support at this number: 877-453-6686, for further assistance. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!

I’ve been really impressed with this Lenovo Legion desktop. The performance is fast and reliable, whether my son uses it for gaming, school, or everyday tasks. It boots up quickly and runs multiple programs without slowing down. The design is sleek and modern, and the tower has good airflow so it stays cool even after being on for long periods. Another thing I like is how quiet it is compared to other desktop PCs. It’s powerful but doesn’t make a lot of noise. The build quality also feels solid and durable. Overall, this is a great computer if you want strong performance, smooth gameplay, and a dependable desktop for daily use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality gaming or work PC.

My 3rd gaming pc but 1st brand new 1 & 1st liquid cooled. Had a built w/older gpu that wasn’t that great & pre built hp omen 25L with a 2060 which I loved. This legion stays much cooler and WAY quieter while playing cod. I can finally play warzone & bo6 without disturbing my sleeping husband! Still don’t know how to open the side with the glass like my other 2 pcs lol, do I need to probably not but I’d still love to know. I was a little disappointed when I found out my gpu does NOT light up but it’s not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend this pc and would purchase again!

This desktop from my current experience, is a HUGE upgrade from my 10-11 year old laptop and so the upgrade was long overdue. Having used it for at this point a couple of weeks, i was certainly blown away by the speed, the RAM capacity, and what i would consider the "dual capacity" for both work and gameplay. An Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor means high speeds and fluidity (same can be said for the 32GB RAM) and a 1TB SSD means plenty of storage as well. From experience, the fact that you can upgrade components is a perk for me because i am using it for both my work stuff and am looking into some good games for it which meant needing to get an extra 2TB SSD. Bottom line: it is MASSIVE for those who have old tech and are looking for an upgrade.
