Great Product, just bad service from best buy.
Setting aside the bad service and customer response time of Best Buy, this product is actually pretty good. It is effective and easy to install. If your door has a standard hole for a deadlock vault, then u can install it yourself. Very efficient and effective, and the app control on the phone is user-friendly from activating it to setting up lock codes, and the best is that you can monitor who's entering your house by assigning individual codes for everyone who has access.

Great lock!
Fantastic lock, I own several different brands and so far really like this one. It was really easy to install and works perfectly. I definitely recommend to those looking for a key pad lock for those looking for a real Feel set of buttons.

Smart and convenient locks you need!!
We recently bought three Yale Smart Locks for our home and couldn’t be happier. They have such a clean, modern look that blends right in with our doors, and the build quality feels really solid. Setup was straightforward, and I love that they pair with our Apple TV, making them fully compatible with Apple HomeKit. It’s so convenient being able to lock and unlock from my phone or just ask Siri. The auto-lock feature gives us peace of mind, especially when we’re rushing out the door, and sharing digital keys with family was super easy. We also like that we can automate them to lock at a certain time, so our house is secure at night and it’s cool that they unlock for us on approach after we return home. Overall, it’s been a great upgrade—stylish, reliable, and super convenient. Definitely worth it!
