Nice lens for travel
This is a great lens to add to your travel bag. It allows you to shoot in low-light situations (e.g. churches, museums) without flash. The lens also works for close-up portraits. When added to the zoom that comes with the Nikon 1, it makes for a pretty compact, but comprehensive camera kit. Very small and light, but great photo results. I really like this lens.

Love the lens!
I bought this for a trip I had planned and I am glad I did. the night pictures with long exposure in a low light were awesome, specially when I used my app to shoot my J4 remotely. If you like a good quality lens for your mirror lens for pictures that you can enlarge, this is your lens. you can not compare this with 10-30 or 30-100 lenses that come with the camera. this is a must for non amateurs!

Great lens
This lens is awsome ! Took on vacation to California and the pictures are crystal clear. The lens is light weight and works perfectly with my NIKON 1 v2. Focusing is fast also!
