I purchased this protection plan with the expectation that my product would be either fixed or replaced. My product broke 2 months after purchasing and my plan only allows a replacement or store credit. I didn’t pay with store credit so why should I get that back instead of a full refund? It’s unfair because the product that I purchased is no longer in production and my son, who I purchased it for is heartbroken that I cannot exchange it for the exact same item. I literally feel like I wasted my money.
