So far so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First things first what it came with 1 Display port cable 1 HDMI cable The stand base and the monitor Manuals/guides in both English and Spanish Power cord Screw M4 (10 mm) Onto the monitor itself 2 HDMI jacks 1 Displayport 2 USB downstream ports 1 USB upstream port 1 headphone jack You need to change the brightness and colors because the default is weird so for that I have to deduct one star. Setting the monitor feels like a breeze with the buttons because some monitors have weird button layout on the monitor. Other than that I don't see anything wrong with it. It seems like my Asus 144hz monitor, but for a cheaper price. Honestly it's a really good budget 144hz monitor I'm actually surprised. If there is a sale for this monitor for around $140 - $160 its an instant grab over here. Seeing as how this turned out good I might try the 144hz 1440p Insignia monitor next. I'm going to hope that Bestbuy customer service isn't trash if anything happens to this monitor in the future. Anyways nice job Bestbuy for nailing it on the budget gaming monitor department.

Good Monitor, Decent Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is just one of the new experimental products that Insignia has been trying out lately and it is the only monitor they have launched so far. Turns out this monitor is actually a decent price for what you are getting. Pros- Very good viewing angles. Multi-adjustable stand. Response time is so good that I can't see any ghosting no matter how hard I try. Comes with DP and HDMI Cables. Cons- Default color temp and brightness are wonky, needs configuring. Expected nothing from the speakers and was still disappointed. My iPhone 8 is louder than this monitor. The VESA mount holes are strangely high up on the monitor. The Panel itself is TN however its a really good looking panel, in fact I thought it was IPS. Gaming on this thing is amazing but even just surfing the web is pretty silky This monitor is most comparable to a ASUS VG248QE, which is $10-20. The exerience between them both is almost identical. If you're on the market for a 144hz, wait for a sale on this bad boy.

Display Port is bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The monitor will flicker to a black screen and then come back to normal every so often. This happens via the display port connector and has been seen by another person with the same monitor. Only bought this computer so I could use FreeSync now I will return it. Hope there isn't any restocking fee.

Flickering Display
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a competitive gamer, and have played CS since about 2012. I've owned several gaming monitors over the years. I decided to get back into gaming as cheap as possible, as it isn't a main objective at this point in my life. I decided to buy this monitor because of the price. I am definitely getting the flickering issue like the other person has mentioned, and it will be getting returned tomorrow. I don't see how this monitor will get a firmware update to fix this, and as far as I can tell most likely every unit has this issue. The monitor also does not feel like 144Hz when not playing at native resolutions.

Faulty Display
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor looked a good buy right until you start gaming. Like others have said, the screen will go black for about 3 seconds frequently in the middle of my game. Called Insignia support to try and resolve it. After resetting the monitor it only got worse and started going completely black until i restarted my computer. Had it for less than a week before i returned it for an Asus.

Great monitor for the price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got on sale for $170. Took some troubleshooting to get the flickering with a displayport cable to stop but got it figured out. You have to set the monitor to be 144hz in Windows. Once it was up and running it was great. I use the adaptive brightness settings which takes some getting used to but works great without fussing around with the settings.

Q: QuestionAnyone else having issue testing it on the UFOtest. I can't seem get it pass 60hz on the test as it's also locked on 60fps during the test. When I press menu up it does show 144hz on the monitor and also the display setting is at 144hz.
Asked by Jay.
- A:Answer Assuming you’re running Windows, right click on the desktop, select display settings, find “display adapter properties”, select the monitor tab, and change screen refresh rate to 144hz.

Q: QuestionFreesync should only work over Display ports right? The monitor goes black and come back on, maybe a couple of times every few hours. Another person who bought this monitor reports the same thing. What's causing this?
Asked by Trip.
- A:Answer Does changing it to 144hz actually fix the issue? If not I am going to return mine.
