Q: Can they pair with any regular Win10 PC with BT, not a specific Surface PC?
A: Great question! Surface Earbuds are compatible with Windows 10 or later, Android 4.4 or later, iOS9 or later, and Bluetooth 4.1/4.2.
A: They are out, I got mine from the Microsoft store directly. I tried to get the pixel buds from here before these got released, pretty much the same problem you are having with these. It seems there is a disconnect between the suppliers and Best Buy.
Q: How can you use Surface Earbuds with Microsoft 365?
A: You can connect to Microsoft 365 in the new Surface Audio app. With Play My Emails in the Outlook mobile app for iOS you can catch up on the go with what's new in your inbox, and act on emails and changes to your day - all with touch and voice.
Q: Can you answer a phone call from a desktop computer with these? For a work from home situation?
A: I think what you are asking is can you maybe just tap one of the earbuds to answer a call while using one of these with TEAMS or something. If this is what you are asking the answer is no you cant just touch/tap to answer a phone call (not yet as least). But I use these everyday at work to answer my calls. The sound is great. The fit/feel is even better. and the mics are great as well. My office phone is connected to TEAMS so when i get a call i click the answer option with my mouse to pick up the line and use these as my headset/mic. They are great. They also have the ability to integrate with office products like PowerPoint so i would not be surprised if they do a software update where you can integrate these with TEAMS (if that is what you use). If you want to try earbuds as your headset/mic option give these a try as they are more comfy then others like beats or airpods. They do not go into ear canal to stay in place so you can wear them all day long with no discomfort and they are great (and even better with a surface device)!

A: Yes, they seem to have a sensor to detect when they are in your ear.

A: No. You MUST use the charging case that comes with the buds to recharge them. There are no wires to the buds but case must be connected by USB cable (provided) to a charger
