Exceptional! Needed a replacement bedroom TV after my Sony Bravia started crapping out and was looking at flagship Hisense and TCL models to save money. However, I came across this LG B5 on sale at a ridiculous price ($899 I believe) and decided to give it a shot after reading reviews online. I am blown away! While not a C-series, it still delivers outstanding picture and sound for the content I consume (mostly shows and movies on streaming services). Dark/night scenes are crisp and distinguishable; indoor scenes are vibrant, even in low lighting; skin tones are natural and not overly contrast; and black levels so deep that you don't even know they're there when the room lights are off. I've included photos, and even they don't do the TV justice. I haven't even toggled the settings to optimize the picture, as the preset levels out-the-box are near-perfect just the way they are. The sound is clear and impressive for how thin the TV is. Normal viewing at volume 10 is loud enough to fill the bedroom, and when my fiance' is asleep I can watch comfortably at volume 6. No need for a soundbar unless you're putting this in your home theater. Added bonus: you can download the Xbox Gamepass app and stream games on this bad boy! No console or PC needed! My fiance' logged in and started Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 with little to no input lag, which is crucial when dodging and parrying in this game. We weren't able to wirelessly connect the Xbox controller, which I'll need to troubleshoot; however, connecting wired into the TV's USB port is an acceptable workaround for now. I don't watch sports on this TV and haven't hooked up an actual gaming console to it, so I can't vouch for those experiences. But if you're looking for top-tier performance at a budget price and aren't quite confident with Hisense and TCL--you really can't do much better than this LG B5 OLED! Highly recommend!

The LGB5 has been a wonderful addition to our home. The employees and many people online don’t recommend this TV for a bright room. This TV still can be used in bright rooms if there is not Windows directly shining on the TV. With a bright day and purposely turning on all of the lights glare of it appear. However, although the glare is noticeable, the TV is more than usable.. Even when you are not watching high-quality content, this makes a vast improvement on what you are watching. The color, dark parts of the scene and how this TV is able to upscale lower wrestle evolution content and make it look sharper and clear fantastic. This TV does it so well you miss it when you you are watching on TVs that don’t have the same of the capability as the LG B5. Every time you are going to walk by the TV, you are going to think man this TV looks good. My sons enjoy playing Oled and it’s their preferred way of playing any game. They love the clarity and the latency OLED of displays have. This is the best of TV purchase we made. It is well worth the money. We highly recommend this TV it will improve every every thing you watch.

Have had it a couple weeks now. First bought the 48 inch model because of its great Black Friday Door Buster price. Got it home, and almost immediately realized that was too small for our space. Exchange for the bigger screen model was painless. Loving the picture and it fits our ‘great room’ home layout perfectly. Sitting in the right place and watching favorite movies in 4k it really is a theater experience. Only downside is the built in speakers are very bass heavy, even for normal dialog, and none of the sound settings fix it. The sound bar from old TV took care of this. WebOS interface is kinda clunky, but once everything is finally set up to our preferences, not spending much time in it. Wish the remote had a number pad for accessing TV channels without having to use the strange channel groups or virtual On-screen number pad. OLED black levels are chef’s kiss. Especially after years of getting the least expensive TVs available at time needed them. Really enjoying the Filmmaker picture setting. Def recommend for ‘affordable’ home theater experience at Black Friday Door Buster sale price of 999 clams. Would never have gotten an OLED otherwise.
