Q: Can I plug in my microphone and sing

A: No, you can not plug in your microphone and sing.

    Q: Yamaha 3920 & 4920 home theater differences

A: From what I know the speakers on 3920 are better they have 2 separate speakers a subwoofer and a tweeter per satellite. The 4920 have a single cone speaker per satellite.

Q: do I have to use with a 3D TV?

A: No, the theater system is not required for a 3D TV.

Q: Do I have to keep the receiver ON all the time? I like sound effects only with movies and music, rest of the time I don't want the system running and consuming 750W of power. Is there anyway I can turn off the system and still watch the tv?

A: Of course you can turn the system off, while still watching tv. That thought never even crossed my mind. All you have to do is buy a 4 way channel and wire it to the amp on the left speaker. Then boom it's still using 750 watts

    Q: Is this 110 or 220v? Thanks!

A: What country you're buying it from will determine the voltage standard. 110v/120v is standard U.S. voltage. 220v is standard for Europe and parts of Asia. This site might assist you better. http://www.controlledpwr.com/help-international-voltages.php
