Q: Can I use the projector with the power cord connected?
A: I tried with an adaptor that outputs 2.1amps but it did not work. It turns off abruptly. Atleast you could have included the appropriate adaptor. I would probably return.
A: Please try pressing the hard reset button that will be located through the vents right above where it says SD Card. That should fix the problem.
Q: My remote control didn’t work out of the box, what size battery does it use?
A: I am sorry to hear that your remote did not work. The HD Pico remote control will use CR2025 battery.
Q: Will this work with an i pad?
A: Yes, it will. You need to get a few things, though. First, you need the Apple Digital AV Adapter. You also need an HDMI to Mini HDMI. Hope this helps!
