A: Yes, the camera is not all that good of quality though.
Q: No power, no lights. How do I reset?
A: undefined
Q: Can the acer r be used in israel? Where the power grid is 110-220 v?
A: All Acer laptops ship with an AC adapter that supports 100v-240v. The only thing you would need is an adapter for the plug end of the US power cord to fit the outlets outside North America.
Q: I see it comes with a SSD. Can a HDD be added for extra storage?
A: While this system has a slot for a 2.5" hdd, on models that ship with an SSD only a bracket and cable are not included to add a 2.5" drive to the system.
Q: Can this item be shipped to Spain
A: undefined
A: You should be able to connect it to a TV via HDMI. Please note we cannot guarantee you will not have problems if you are using an adapter to connect. The problem could be a bad HDMI cable as well. If you find the HDMI port is not functioning on the Chromebook, please contact Acer support for assistance. Contact information is posted here: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact
A: I can't say for certain about the SSD hard drive model, but we have the SATA hard drive model of the Aspire R15 (R5-571T-57Z0) and after days of researching for a compatible stylus, discovered in an online chat with Acer that it does NOT support ANY stylus at all!! It was absolutely inconceivable to us that a touch screen windows 10 device (with windows ink) would not support a stylus!! We also had great difficulty getting it up and going, and now are dealing with glitches, skips and lags in the software we've installed. Now we find out we can't use a stylus!? There are no words to describe our outrage, and regret over this purchase. I suspect that this model is exactly the same only with an SSD hard drive, so it would most likely also not support a stylus. If you haven't yet bought this piece of junk, do yourself a favor and DON'T!!! if you have...my sympathies.
