However, due to his age, he wasn't allowed to enter any of the racing tournaments that took place each year. He was forced to watch from the sidelines as his four older brothers competed for the Trophy of Sparx — which legend says holds magical properties. Then one year, during the biggest race of the season, High Five learned the Troll Racing Team had stolen the priceless trophy and were going to use the race to cover their escape. Ignoring the rules and taking action, High Five jumped into the race and used his slick flying skills to maneuver his way to the front of the pack, where he caught and brought down the trolls. For his bravery, High Five was given the Trophy of Sparx, and he was made part of the Trap Team as a reward for his quick thinking and bravery and now guards Skylands against foes.
