  There is no way I could program the remote and still maintain efficient functionality. Although I could eventually do the basics, without the extensive experience, I would have had to reprogram several times as I would have made errors in my decision tree and pathways. Each time wasting valuable time. Instead, they saved me hours (days) and got it right the first time. Money well spent.

  We purchased a complete home entertainment system for the whole house from Best Buy. We are completely satisfied! Everything was installed by the Geek Squad. The system included 2 televisions with surround speaker systems and built in wall speakers plus additional Sonos One speakers for the other rooms of the home integrated together.

  Either the remote does not send or the sensor is not sensing a command especially when inputting channel numbers. I often have to input a command two or threes times to change channels. there also seems to be a delay to a command when it does sense a command.
