Description

Create a sleek new space for your home entertainment system by adding this smartly designed audio pier from Altra Furniture. Add one to each side of your TV stand and this attractive stand provides the perfect spot to place your front surround speakers, as well as other A/V gear. The audio pier features four shelves, two of which are made of clear glass for a clean, contemporary look. The shelves can be used to hold your cable/satellite box, DVD player, gaming console or other components. Plus, there are small compartments at the back of the shelves that can be used to store DVDs, CDs or books. The audio pier is designed to coordinate with Altra's Galaxy TV stand, sold separately. It can also be used as a stylish standalone piece for displaying decorative accents, framed photos and other items. Measures 37.3"H x 23.62"W x 23.5"D.

Nice stand but the wood is cheaply made, the screws strip easy when putting it together so be careful!

Altra Galaxy Audio Pier is a sturdy, contemporary cabinet for stacking multiple components in an efficient space to prevent overheating. Assembly is easy but could use a more robust mount to anchor the two glass shelves. It provides good value for the money and can work in many situations.

It should not be called audio pier as max shelf capacity is 10lb. If you have center and receiver both, then do not buy. Only bottom shelf can take 1 heay item.

- Answer For dimensions look at company website. But only bottom shelf can carry heavy item. Rest shelfs cap is 10lb
