Terrible. If possible I wouldn’t even give a single star. You make us wait for 2 weeks and I have to inquire to get to know that they can’t send the product and I can cancel the order if I want to. What option do I have? And would I never have got a refund if I hadn’t inquired? How insensitive. Don’t sell anything that you can’t deliver.

This should just be included with the Echo Auto...right? If it's meant to be in your vehicle, they should just include it rather than charge an extra 8 bucks.
