Q: What about warranty? Is it 2 years warranty similar to new one?
A: FORGET WARRANTY, BEST BUY NEVER BROUGHT MY IPAD TO THE POST OFFICE FOR DELIVERY. CALLED FOR THE SECOND TIME AND TOLD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO JUST CANCEL MY ORDER AND THE GUY HUNG UP ON ME!!! THEY ELECTRONICLLY RESERVED A PO TRACKING NUMBER BUT NEVER SENT OUT MY IPAD! I HAVE 6 MORE PEOPLE ON MY CHRISTMAS LIST WHO WON'T BE GETTING ELECTRONICS FROM HERE!!!
