A: Thank you for your inquiry. The SMX3000RMLV2U will support a 100 watt load for approximately 4 hours and 28 minutes. Please note that this unit comes with a locking 30 amp input plug and not your standard 15 amp plug, so you cannot plug this unit into a standard wall outlet.
Q: how much VA does a Apple 21' desk top Computer use?

I found on Apple's technical information site that a 21" Apple computer would draw around 160 watts of power. I would confirm with Apple though for your exact model computer.
