Nice!
||Posted .Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. The “Gold” color was the only disappointment— it’s actually rose gold (yuck!), but I didn’t return it because I wanted/needed it soon, and planned to use a cover. Smooth setup and operation, sound and picture excellent compared with older tablets and webcams. The extra memory means I can produce, edit, save and view lots of documents anytime and anywhere, and/or save music and videos without worrying about running out of space. Still runs smoothly after 1.5 years of heavy use, although I have had issues syncing my Reminders over all my Apple devices.

Its an iPad, its awesome, but what did you expect?
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I use this for work (Numbers, Excel, Dropbox, and others) and personal use/streaming and it's perfect. The battery life on these things is insane compared to other apple products like their phones, and the screen is nice and bright too. Its not too heavy, looks visually appealing, and as with all apple products its just an absolute powerhouse of hardware for such a small, thin (and affordable) device. Battery lasts me easily 8 hours streaming 1080p youtube videos literally all day at 80 percent brightness. I imagine it can do much more than what I do with it, but its perfect for me. I honestly dont know why someone would need the other more expensive versions of the iPad unless theyre using photoshop, editing HD videos, etc. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this and use it every day, take it everywhere and love the heck out of it.

Great device
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This is my wife’s first iPad, even though we’ve been iPhone users for many years. She owned another brand tablet, but many of her iPhone apps wouldn’t work on her other tablet. She needed the same quality of apps on both devices and she needed them to be synced. She is very happy being able to use all the features she loves on her iPhone. We purchased the 128 GB which we feel will be plenty of storage for a long time.

iPad 8th generation great value, wonderful
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. My iPad 8th generation is wonderful. The large screen is nice and clear without distortion, and the colors are great. It does everything I need it to do. I surf the Internet, do a lot of communicating via Messages, pay bills on line, play games, and research everything under the sun on it. This iPad, with 128GB storage capacity, is an excellent value for $430. There are some that cost a lot more money, but I don’t need one that costs $900 or $1,000. I am pleased with my purchase. I love my iPad 8th generation! If you are looking for a new iPad, consider buying this one. Go the extra dollars and get the largest storage capacity available. You will not regret buying the new iPad 8th generation.

Smooth as feather
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This is my second iPad. My mother uses ipad6 and is very fond of it. I bought the 128 GB of ipad8 version ~2 weeks ago and I'm as glad with my purchase as I'm with the ipad6. It's multipurpose, you can use it to learn online and for leisure. It solves day to day need of online activity - shopping, reading/learning, playing and drawing. A good purchase for me and my family afterall I'd say.

Best of Both Worlds
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I needed to update my iPad. My requirements are not great so after some research I went with 10.2 inch model. I also wanted to upgrade my 11 inch MacBook Air. I added the keyboard and mouse and “made” a tiny computer. And boy is it small. I now get the best of both worlds. This new set up is great.

Best Purchase
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I LOVE IT!! It is my first iPad and what it can do is endless! I mainly use it for studying, note taking(goodnotes), and drawing(procreate). It does everything I need it to do, it’s definitely worth the price and it’s the perfect size too. Not to big and not too small, the weight is perfect as well. It feels sturdy and high quality.

Fantastic, almost identical to iPad Air 3rd gen
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Fantastic iPad! I use this for school and pleasure. I bought the 128GB silver one with the white front, Almost identical to the 2019 iPad Air 3rd generation. I like this model because it still has the home button and headphone jack. I’m old school.

Q: QuestionIs this the 8th generation? Or the 7th?
Asked by LKMK.
- A:Answer This would happen to be the new 8th generation iPad with the a12 chip inside. It recently just came out on September 18th so there's not many reviews.

Q: QuestionHow can I transfer data and apps from an older iPad?
Asked by Jane.
This question was asked about the related product: Apple - 10.2-Inch iPad - (8th Generation) with Wi-Fi - 128GB - Space Gray
- A:Answer If you know your Apple ID and password, you can back up your old iPad to iCloud, then set up the new iPad using the backup. That would transfer everything you downloaded, such as photos, apps, and messages. The data stored within each app (such as game progress) might not save in a backup. It depends on the app.

Q: QuestionI would like to purchase this IPAD. How do I purchase without the monthly WiFI fee?
Asked by Sue.
- A:Answer If you already have wifi internet service in your home, this iPad will connect to it for no extra charge. If you do not, you will need to call an internet provider and have wifi service installed in your home to use this device. Or, you can use it in public wifi spots such as libraries, coffee shops, etc. It needs an internet connection in order to function properly. The iPads listed as wifi + cellular also include the ability to connect to cell phone towers for an internet connection. There is a monthly fee to a carrier (Verizon, AT&T, etc) for the service, but it allows the device to be used pretty much anywhere on the road, much like a cell phone can connect anywhere.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between 4th and 8th generation for the iPad ?
Asked by Memaw.
- A:Answer Hi Memaw, the difference with the 4th generation iPad vs the 8th Generation iPad which is the current model right now is that for one, the screens are surprisingly a lot bigger on the ipad 8th gen vs the iPad 4th generation. The new iPad screen ratio is 10.2 inch compared to the 4th gen which is 9.7 inches. Another thing is that the chargers are different with the new one consisting of a more of a faster charger than the iPad 4th gen. Another difference is that the new one is much faster and runs the latest software compared to the outdate software for the iPad 4th generation. Another benefit of the iPad 8th gen is the fact that you can use the Apple Pencil 1 and the Apple Keyboard that you can buy as well as having many other supporting accessories with the new one compared the old one. You can also connect a xbox controller or a ps5/4 controller to it to play games as well! You can also connect it to a iMac or MacBook as a second display if you have any Apple computers out there. There are various other differences out there that but these are the main difference that are important for a daily user. I hope this helps and hope that solves your question! ;)
