A: No. The pencil and keyboard are all separate purchases. You only get the tablet, charger and charging cable. Everything else will be an additional purchase.
A: They have non-cellular versions. Personally, wifi is almost everywhere. I end up storing the stuff I'm working on, on the tablet, before I go. If I need to transfer something to it, then I just bring some additional adapters. Of course, some apps require constant internet access, but I don't use them. Those are mostly on my phone. As for the apps, I only use what I need. I agree, some of them are still not very good. I think Adobe Flash might be going away, because of newer faster technology.

A: New iPad Pro should come with iOS 11. However you will want to look for an update, as there have been severe recent iOS updates.
Q: Can I transfer my stuff on my old iPod to a new iPod?
A: Yes. Call Apple support and they will talk you through it. You will be using itunes for some of this process so it helps to have that program up to date as well as the IOS.
