A: Only returning for full refund within 15 days.. I had to return my " refurbished” pair after 4th day because on 3rd day made awful noise in left ear then stopped even turning on on 4th day light was green but no sound at all so I will be paying the extra difference for non damaged ones because im not sure if they were damaged in shipping because they were in the bottom of a box with a little bit of bubble wrap on top or they were never refurbished to begin with…
