Apple - iPhone 13 Pro Max 5G 256GB - Alpine Green (Verizon)

Coming from the awesome base android on my retired Google Pixel 3 XL, I was really way up high on the fence on whether I should go Bach to the Apple ecosystem on the go-around. Niggling issues with the Pixel along troubling (Google) Pixel 6 Pro issues, along with my Pixel 3’s refusal to reconnect with my home WiFi, and the basic issues experienced by non-novice Pixel 6 Pro issues forced the decision to try the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am quite surprised that I am very happy with the new iPhone! While the automated transfer process aborted four times without any info as to what was the problem, my aborting the process wasn’t a disaster. The only issue, which I didn’t like, was the app not transferring my Verizon messages. Fortunately, all was not lost, because Verizon provides their Message+ app, which supplies my message history. It requires using both iMessage and Message+ When I may need an older post, but it works. Everything else transferred. I had many niggling issues with the old Pixel 3, which I thought were simply due to the apps, but the iPhone fixed everything! My conclusion is that the issues were with the Google phone, and are still there in the Google 6 Pro phone! I don’t think I’m wrong in this conclusion. I am an electronics engineer and a well above average geek. Google must fix their hardware problems for the Pixel 7 iteration, or give up on hardware and focus on the Android OS. The iPhone’s images are pretty good, but the telephoto shots look very processed. Getting better, however. This phone’s battery life is the best, to date for any phone: the M1 mobile processor is definitely at the state of the art!

Gave to wife as present and when she picked from best buy site she said it had a purple face and was excited - came in slate- she was disappointed but she loves the performance and ease of upgrade- everything works well!!

I love my new iPhone! It is great for my school, work, and personal life. I would definitely recommend this phone to everyone!

Beautiful phone very fast and 5G is awesome display clear battery life good

I've had been using my iPhone 6s Plus till it decided to depart me. Now that I have made this great upgrade, I must say this has been the best. So far not much has changed but a sunset lover and a Barber who seeks perfect photos, this has truly been an amazing experience.

Having been a loyal Android user(Samsung) for over a decade, my family convinced me to try an iPhone. With the help of Samantha at my Best Buy in San Bernardino, the transition has been painless. I’m glad I made the switch! I had high expectations and the 13 pro max has not let me down and the camera is phenomenal!

I’ve had this device about a week now and I couldn’t be happier. Even upgrading from the 12 pro max, it’s a bigger upgrade than sone people are saying it is. Yes it doesn’t look much different but once you start using it you’ll see and feel it’s quite the upgrade. For me the pro motion 120hz display was the biggest feature is was wanting. It didn’t disappoint. It’s so smooth easier on my eyes. The other thing for me that I am super impressed with is the battery life over my 12 pro max. I used to come home from work all day with about 40% left. Now it’s about 65-70%. I can go two days without a charge if I had to. The cameras are super nice but I’m not a huge camera person so I can’t give a detailed review. They are really good though. The complaint about it only being 20watt charging I don’t have a problem with because I only charge my phone at night most of the time. It’s fast enough. Plus the battery life is so good it’s really not an issue I care about. This phone is an A+++

The battery lasts for 10+ hours of heavy usage. I do deliveries with Apple Maps, music in the background, and the occasional phone call and I can make it through a 10-11 hour work day without needing to change it. My S20 needed to be charged twice a day for comparison. The cameras, OLED display, and speakers are all excellent. And the A15 bionic chip is simply ahead of it’s time, making this phone lightning fast to switch between apps. I think one of the best things about switching to iPhone is the effortless RAM management and never having to close an app. A near instantaneous experience when switching from app to app without any slow downs from having too much open. the durability, flat edges and rounded corners make this phone feel premium and is perfect to hold. I’m not an Apple fan. I use Windows and always stuck with Android. But this phone simply works better than anything else out there right now.
