Q: I am an ATT customer already. Can I purchase the phone outright or do I have to make payments?
A: I bought my new IPhone outright from Best Buy EXCEPT for $25.00. Best Buy said that AT&T requires the 2 year payment, so it's about $1.00 per month to achieve that. However, it can be paid off after 6 months. I hope this helps.

A: Okay. I m not a sprint employee. I m a sprint customer. I have been with sprint for 6 months. I have the iPhone 7 and I was thinking about upgrading my phone. I talk to customer service over the phone and asked about the 8. They told me once my phone is paid off I can get the 8. I don't hve to trade in my iPhone 7, I have the option of keeping it or trading it towards the purchase of an 8.
Q: Does this phone come in new box ? With a steal ? Not a used one. Is this a unlocked phone too?
A: The Univ iPhone sold by BestBuy is not an unlocked phone but a flexi plan phone for use in the US. The phone locks to the network used to activate the phone but only works with US networks - in other words the phone DOES NOT work outside of the US and despite paying full price for the phone you are then locked to the network used to activate the phone. I would stolrongly recommend you instead go to the Apple Store and buy an unlocked phone from them which is completely unlocked and will work outside of the US. It also costs the same as the BestBuy Univ iPhone. Unfortunately I learnt this from experience and once I uncovered the issue received no support from BestBuy despite specifically requesting an unlocked iPhone that would work outside the US.
