A: I don't know for certain if Best Buy will transfer or it not, but the Mac comes with a Migrant Assistant that will move your files and settings from one computer (Mac or Windows) to your new Mac. How long it takes depends on how many files and programs you have on your computer, but it does seem to take quite a while. Nonetheless, once it's done, your computer is practically the same as your old one.
