A: Currently, all latest models of the 13 inch MacBook Pro use the infamous "butterfly" keyboard. Keyboards for both the 2020 MacBook Air and the 2019 16 inch MacBook Pro have been updated to the "Magic" Keyboard, which operates more like a traditional keyboard. An updated 13-inch MacBook Pro with Magic Keyboard is rumored to be released sometime this year (2020). I don't have an answer about what "open book" means. Maybe you are referring to "open box." I think Best Buy sells some brand new laptops at a discount if the box has been opened or the box is not in pristine condition. These may be computers returned by customers within the company's window of time for returns. Not sure about that.
