Q: What is the difference between series one and series two on an iPhone watch?
A: The series 2 has the following capabilities that the series 1 does not: Water resistant. I have used it in the pool. It really is water resistant. Brighter screen GPS
Q: Can you change out the bands?
A: Yes you can! I own at least 5 bands for mine and it's very easy to change them out! Hope this helps!
Q: Is it open box condition ? i need a NEW one., never opened or refurbished...
A: Its a new item unless it says refurbished on the title
Q: Why is the Apple Watch Series 2 being sold cheaper than the Series 1?
A: With the launch of the Apple Watch Series 3, stores like bestbuy are trying to get rid of their Series 2 stock to make room for the Series 3, which is most likely why the Series 2 is cheaper than the Series 1.
Q: Can I use this watch with a pre paid i phone?
A: Yes, you can use the iWatch with a prepaid phone as it's just going to utilize the iWatch app that you would download on your phone. There wouldn't be a difference in a contract phone or a prepaid in regards to it working together
Q: How far away from your phone can you be
A: Technically the features on Apple Watch - including calling and texting - is available when Apple Watch and iPhone are connected. They are designed to connect primarily connect via Bluetooth to each other - iPhone & Apple Watch. You don't necessarily need to have your iPhone on or immediately around you for the devices to establish and maintain their Bluetooth connection. Normal Bluetooth range is around 33 feet / 10 meters, However this distance can vary - with other interference and unknown factors. Whenever your watch can't connect to the iPhone via Bluetooth, it will attempt, as a fallback, to connect to a known Wi-Fi network. When instead connected to Wi-Fi, the watch also still offers a number of features, including receiving and sending messages via iMessage. If your carrier offers Wi-Fi Calling and it is supported on your plan and enabled on your iPhone, you can also use Apple Watch to make calls and (subject to carrier support) send and receive texts. Hope this helps, ENJOY your Apple Watch.
A: The main difference is the series 3 has a “faster” processor, however the series 1 isn’t that much slower than the series 3, so the difference in speed between the series 2 and series 3 is really negligible. Save the money and get the series 2! Unless you need the cellular feature of the series 3, but assuming your phone is always with you, you don’t need it.
Q: Is this Apple watch compatible with Samsung S8 phone? Thanks!
A: No, only iphones
