A: It’s pretty basic... if you’ve ever built an IKEA bookshelf, you’re all set. You just need a screwdriver and a little over an hour. The ‘electronics’ are literally three small plugs... the diagram could be a bit more clear, but it’s not complicated in the least. And the lighting on the control panel? There’s a TINY black button up in the top right corner that’s turns them on. And one last thing... if you want to save the high scores, before you turn it off you have to push and hold the one player button until you see the main menu again. I just saved you an hour or so of searching online. Ha ha.
A: I initially had this problem. That is until I recalled mention of a small button to the top right of the control deck. It matches the color around it so it’s easy to miss. Click it to turn the lights on/off and to cycle through available colors. It also can be set to cycle automatically through all the colors. Hope this helps.
Q: Is there a way to save the high score for each game? When it turns off the high score erases.
A: Where do you even see the high scores at or why does it not ask for my name or initials when i set a new high score?
A: Yes, it has 1 or 2 players. Yes again, this unit does have the custom riser AND THIS UNIT is a SPECIAL EDITION unit, different from the WALMART version. This unit has the LIGHT UP DECK PROTECTOR as well as THE MARQUEE. It also has a CUSTOM STOOL with it, that WALMART DOES NOT HAVE. Hence, the price difference.
A: No, this unit does not include 13 games. It only has 7 games included.
Q: After I pay for the arcade, can geek squad come to my house to assemble the pacman arcade?
A: Don't waste the money. The direction is pretty right. There also Utube videos that show you how to put it together.
A: NO!!!!! Any moisture will destroy the cabinet not to mention the electronics. It's not rated or made for outdoor use!!!
Q: Is this regular arcade size
A: No, it is about 3 quarters size. All Arcade 1up cabinets are pretty much the same size, overall. I would highly recommend getting ones with the custom riser as it adds about 1 foot to the height. I have the STAR WARS unit with the custom riser and it is really nice.
