Q: Is the cooking pot all stainless steel? (without a non-stick coating?_)
A: No. It is a heavy duty aluminum pot that is coated with a NICE non-stick coating. The coating is very durable. With heavy use and the correct utensils, the coating is showing no signs of wear or scratching.
Q: It has an option to keep the rice warm all day?
