A: This is the RTX 3090 24G, the non-OC model. The OC model name is RTX 3090 O24G.
A: Actually the model number is shown on the Canadian best buy website and it's ROG-STRIX RTX 3090 O24G. Which means it is the overclocked version. See screenshot below or check yourself on the .ca site.
A: It sells it as a non OC, but it is. The graphics and model name are for the OC. Confirmed, got it and it is the OC.
A: I think it's a best buy mistake. It cannot have the same cost as the OC version
