A: The VivoTab RT comes with full working version of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Q: Can we used/download apps from the Android market?
A: No. Windows 8 RT devices like the VivoTab RT use the Windows Store to download/install apps. Functionally, it's the same thing. But not all Android Market apps are available for Windows 8 in the Windows Store. Q: Compatibility with oder versions of MS office, Image tracing, digitizer pen
A: Yes the version of Office is compatible with previous versions. If you create a document on Word 2013 RT, make sure you save in a compatible mode. It does not come with an image tracing app. Yes, digitizer pens will work on the VivoTab as long as it is made to be used with a capacitive display.
Q: Can I get the free keyboard/dock if I purchase from Best Buy.com but use in-store pickup?
A: Yes just make sure you add to your cart, the correct one that says it comes with the free dock.
A: Yes it is the only way.
A: No, Adobe has pulled support for Flash on all newer Android devices, so this will not have Flash support anymore. You can, however, install Flash manually, but it will not be able to play Facebook games smoothly. Facebook games were not meant for tablets and will have trouble playing.
A: If you purchased your tablet from Best Buy, you are supposed to get the free dock from them. The Asus Free Dock event site will not process your request if the purchase was from one of the places that do not qualify, Best Buy being one of them. Please speak to another associate.
