A: Yes, what you have to do is go online to the gophone website where you update your balance. Click on My Device then click on update device. It worked perfectly for me!
Q: If I have a SIM card, can I use it with this phone and keep the Same phone number?
A: This has a nano SIM card. To my knowledge, if you have the same size, yes, you should be able to swap out the SIM cards with your number attached.
Q: Can I used this phone on a cricket &At&t network on my account as a upgrade
A: I have this phone on ATT and it works great. Had phone over 2 years and trying to decide if I want to buy a new battery or just get new phone. Nice phone

A: This sounds like it would be an issue with the WiFi not being fast enough and it is causing your phone to buffer. This would be an issue with their WiFi, not with your phone. ^CP
