Enjoy your favorite records with this Audio-Technica automatic belt-drive turntable. Its balanced tone arm and dual-moving phono cartridge produce high-fidelity sound, and its anti-vibration damping materials reduce low-frequency feedback. This Audio-Technica automatic belt-drive turntable has a hydraulic lift to safely lower and raise the stylus on any spot of the record.
Q: Where can I purchase additional cartridges or needles?
A: The replacement stylus for the provided AT91R Cartridge is the ATN91R Stylus. The stylus is available for purchase from our website or select audio-technica dealers. The cartridge complete with stylus is not available at this time.
A: The recommended tracking force for this cartridge is between 2 - 2.5 grams. That is what is written in the manual.
Q: Will the arm return automatically when it comes to the end of the record?
A: Yes, it returns to arm rest and tt stops spinning
Q: Does the TT have a manual cueing lever
A: From the turntable description: " This Audio-Technica automatic belt-drive turntable has a hydraulic lift to safely lower and raise the stylus on any spot of the record", so yes, it does
Q: Does it have the capacity to play 78 rpm records?
A: This turntable can only play 45 & 33 vinyl.
Q: do any of the turntables play all 3 speeds (33 45 78)
A: The turntable you're asking about only plays 33 and 45 rpm. Turntables that play 78 are not unheard of, but they'd be harder to find these days. I don't think a place like Best Buy would sell them; perhaps an audio specialty shop of some kind. Or a used vintage one on Ebay.
Q: Do I need a Phono Box for this, if I want to hook it up to a Yamaha Receiver with wired speakers?
A: This comes with a pre amplifier and RCA cables attached to the turntable. I don’t even use a receiver. I attach the RCA cables to a set of speakers I bought separately. I do believe you could attach the turntable via the RCA cables to a receiver.
Q: does it have a usb output? Can you attach to a computer?
A: No. For this you have to pay extra
