Had the unit removed, both left spkrs did not work

Bought the unit from Best Buy online. Had it installed at Best Buy. Both front and back left speakers would not work. The very nice and technically proficient installer could not figure it out. I mean that seriously. The guy could not have been nicer. They don't stock the unit so he couldn't exchange it to see if the problem was specific to this unit so I had to have it removed. Best Buy did refund all costs, including install cost.
