Perfect screen for home theaters
We purchased the AWOL Vision 120" screen with the AWOL LTV-3000 pro projector and are absolutely thrilled with this product. Damaged, and no support.
Ordered online, delivered not to my apartment but rather the mail room. Also, arrived damaged. Tried to contact best buy support, but nothing would ever happen after multiple phone calls over several weeks. Called back one time and they gave me a new support ID after i had given them my original that i called about. Did they close the original without doing anything? Best buy is extremely disconnected with this company and it's distributer. Wouldn't recommend this item through best buy. Get it somewhere else where you can get customer support.
