Q: Is there a “white light” in one of the 16 multi-colored options.
A: Yes, you can press W on the remote to select White.
Q: Is removal easy? I’m worried about damage to walls if put around ceiling. I thank you for your time.
A: It may take a layer of paint off, the sticky residue once you peel the tape off is fairly strong
A: Solid modes only for the 8 ft. Multiple lighting modes for the 16 ft version. Just bought both recently for two different TVs. The 16 ft version comes with a remote that has more options over the 8 ft. That's just a simple switch connected to the wire
