Great product. I originally had the same model that I bought while in Italy. I mistakenly put it in the dishwasher and the finish came off but continued using it for 4 years. I finally decided when the seal was degraded (you can buy new seals if you want for a few dollars) to get a new one and only handwash. The milk frother is simple and effective. No need for much more expensive machines that just take up space and are hard to clean.
