I gave this camera to my wife as a birthday present. She needed a decent camera to learn the basics and generally get better at taking photos. Though I like my Sony AR7 and A6000 a lot better for image quality the Nikon D3200 is a good starter camera.

Having recently purchased a Nikon D3200, which was my first DSLR camera, I elected to purchase this instructuctional video to help me learn all about the bells and whistles of my new camera. This video was very helpful to introduce myself to a new style of photography that I've waited a long time to accomplish.

I would definitely recommend this to a person like me who takes pictures casually but wants a more professional picture look. The DVD is packed with information on how to use all the settings of the camera but the speaker is dull/boring to listen too. There are a lot of nice features on the camera & if you aren't sure how they are used it is definitely worth viewing the DVD.

It's an interesting and entertaining video that teaches the way to handle the camera features. This an introductory video that teach a little bit more than a simple basic video. Is appropriate to beginners in the use of this kind of cameras. The narrative is nice and easy to follow. Even the language was not an obstacle,In my case I do not speak much English, but I was not hard to understand the video.
The only downside is that the video does not delve into some topics and doesn't include others tips such as for example the photos with timer and photos taken close (self photos).
