Brooklyn Nine-Nine: Season One [3 Discs] [DVD]

I really like this show, it's not too campy or like a traditional comedy, and it's a real breath of fresh air from the over serious nonstop cop dramas on tv. It's really youthful and fun and the first tv cop comedy I've really liked, i know there are others but I think they were aimed at older folks. The jokes are fast, smart and sometimes subtle and sometimes not at all. Samberg does a great job and the whole cast is very funny and good actors. Andre Braugher should get an Emmy for his geniously comedic but totally serious portrayal as the gay police captain.

My husband and I look for shows to watch constantly together, he likes things like "It's always sunny in Philadelphia", and "Reno 9-1-1". I personally think some of that humor is too much and too vulgar, but this show meets both our needs, his for humor and mine for not being disgusted by all the jokes.

For a great, Golden-Globe winning first season - the lack of special features is quite saddening! Only deleted scenes available - with a comedy, a behind-the-scenes featurette and blooper reel are almost essential! It's a shame really. GREAT show POOR special features

My family and I have enjoyed this comedy series since its inception and have been thrilled to have the show on DVD to watch whenever we'd like. The only thing I'd like better would be if a BluRay was available.

Last year's best new show, hands down. Absolutely hilarious from the pilot and is consistent through the 20+ episodes of season 1. If you like the ensemble cast of the office and parks and rec you'll love this show!

This show is pretty standard fare, if you're a big fan of Andy Samberg, you'll definitely enjoy this show. The supporting cast is actually pretty funny too and they've created some really funny characters.

I can't say enough for just how BRILLIANTLY FUNNY this show is. Everyone is SO FUNNY and does such a FANTASTIC job. I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH!!!

This is not your average stereotypical cop comedy. The cast is excellent, the characters are hilarious, and this is the must watch new comedy of the season.
