The French doors need 14 inches of clearance on each side of the oven to allow them to fully open without interference. (The French doors open at 135 degrees.) A: Hello there! Thanks for reaching out, we're happy to help. Do not use any type of foil or oven liner to cover the oven bottom. These items can trap heat or melt, resulting in damage to the product and risk of shock, smoke or fire. Damage from improper use of these items is not covered by the product warranty. Foil may be used to catch spills by placing a sheet on a lower rack, several inches below the food. Do not use more foil than necessary and never entirely cover an oven rack with aluminum foil. Keep foil at least 1 1/2” from oven walls to prevent poor heat circulation. GE Appliances recently made the switch to all online literature for our appliances. To find the manual for this model, go to the product page, and look in the "From the Manufacturer" section where there are PDF's linked to the information you're looking for. Q: What is the delivery time on this oven
A: When we first ordered the delivery was set for January. It was moved to April about 3 weeks before delivery. We got all of the notifications for delivery and waited at home. 2 hours after the arrival window we called. They said it hadn’t made it to the store on time and we would have to reschedule. Also they told us that the rest of the week was already full for deliveries so if we didn’t want to go pick it up ourselves then we would have to wait another week (after waiting months). Then it worked for 3 days before it had an error and kept restarting itself. GE couldn’t come out for two weeks. It does work now... a piece of cardboard was stuck in the fan, GE fixed it.

A: Hi! Thanks for asking. Models JKS5000SNSS and JTS5000SNSS are very similar in features except that model JKS5000 has True European Convection. This is a 6-pass broil element in the top of the oven and a 6 or 8-pass bake element in the bottom of the oven are used in conjunction with a third heating element. This third element is a 2500-watt, double-loop element located in the back wall of the oven, and it surrounds the convection fan. The convection fan reverse direction to allow air to better circulate around the food. Performance testing has shown that reversing the fan produces more evenly browned baked goods, which eliminates the need for turning food or rotating pans. - Model JT5500 has 5.0 cu. ft. capacity in the upper and lower ovens whereas JK5500 only has 4.3 cu. ft. in both ovens. - The Café model, CTD90FP2NS1, has a no pre-heat air fry mode as well as both Self and Steam cleaning features. - To find out a more specific time when a model was manufactured, we'd also need the serial number. Without it, we can provide a more general span of time. Model CTD90FP2NS1 began being manufactured, from what we can tell, in 2019 and is still currently being manufactured. This Café model wall oven will work without needing to use the SmartHQ app. This application is there simply for your convenience should you want to use it. Hope this helps! Perfect for my Needs
Love the professional look and functionality of these wall ovens. They are exactly what I wanted for my kitchen remodel. The French door on the top makes it easy to remove heavier pans for the top oven. Even though they were pricier that standard door wall ovens I am Very happy with purchase.

OMG I love my new ovens especially the French double door feature. I'm short/petite, not strong, and have a weak back so it's so amazing to open the doors, step right up, and be able to reach my baking dishes. The racks are on gliders which are heavenly. No more bending over, struggling with resistant racks, nor lifting heavy baking dishes. I also love the matte white as I refuse to be a slave to the upkeep of stainless steel.
