Buy it on sale or don't buy it at all

Chicken Shoot was an impulse buy for me because I really like target-shooting type games.
The music is a bit catchy and the chickens are cute.
However, there is a limited number of game stages and while there are multiple difficulty levels are some bonus weapons (shotgun, machine gun, etc) the chicken appearance patterns get predictable and I have yet to see a chicken fly anything more than vertically or horizontally.
Chicken Shoot is cute - there's no blood or gore so it's okay for children if you're not anti-guns.
However, I find that the Target Practice mini-game in Wii Play is equally or even more entertaining.
If it's only sale for really cheap, maybe I'd consider purchasing it, but if not, wait for something better.

i got this game in a bundle with my wii... after 5 mins i took it out and never played it again... from the first level to the last just about all stages are the same... when i got the chance to trade it in, I DID, i ended up getting like 15$ back in return... that was prbly the best part about getting the game!

This is a game that kids could play, but it is a little confusing as you keep going left and right looking for chickens. The game becomes boring after a few minutes of playing. My kids do think it is funny to shoot the chickens and how the eggs splat on the screen.

This game is very basic with a pretty entertaining premise - shoot the chickens. While it might be a little dull for the advanced Wii-er or video game connoisseur it's a great way to get adjusted with the Wii system for beginners or to allow even the least experienced beginner a chance at getting in on the game action.
The graphics are pretty basic but entertaining and I think it adds enough of a challenge without becoming too overwhelming for a beginner.

Bought this game because it looked fun, was inexpensive, and would give the kids another title to choose from. They've each played it once and have not played it since. The graphics are poor and all you do is shoot the same darn chickens over and over again. BORING!

When I purchased this game I was excited and thought it would be fun to play with. On the game it says that the game is fun and has catchy songs. I played it for 5mins with my brother and it was the worst game that I have ever played.

The game is ok for the first about five-six minuets. But then you might wish you got almost any other shooter. I traded the game in for another. (but i didn`t get that much credit when i traded it in.)

I have 2 elementary aged children and they love the Chicken Shoot game. I like that there is some comedy to it, without the blood and guts.
