A: Yes. If you subscribe to Voicemail Services, when one or more messages are waiting for you, "New Voice Mail" appears on the display screen and a red light flashes. The red light will cease to flash after you have retrieved your new voice mail message. There is also an option to turn the flashing light feature off.

A: Yes. A small magnetic coil in the earpiece of the phone (a telecoil) can send sound directly to a hearing aid by magnetic energy, bypassing the hearing aid's microphone. Check with your audiologist to find out if your hearing aid is equipped with a telecoil.

A: The CSC600 requires use of the AC Adapter in order to have use all of the phone's features (Caller ID screen, speakerphone amplification, etc). You can put rechargeable batteries in for backup in case of a short power outage, but the phone is not designed to run totally on battery power all the time.
