A: Hi Chang, If the case will take a 120mm fan for you to mount the radiator and the motherboard has a non-proprietary mounting then you'll be fine.

A: It depends on load and overall case ventilation. If it's not overclocked and and you have good case ventilation, you can probably get away with one in a pull configuration with air coming from outside the case.
