Q: Will I be able to buy and install a wireless network card on this computer?
A: Yes you can. There are a lot of networking cards out there like the Tp-Link 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Adapter that you can install on the motherboard and install the drivers for but if you don't want to mess with the inside Netgear sells USB WiFi adapter that works the same and cheaper price too. And don't worry you don't need a netgear router for the adapter to work it works will all routers. Hope this help.
