Q: Questionhow to register DRF36C000SR MODEL Dacor Refrigerator serial#0CH743BNBOO210 went to Dacor.com unable to register says not in system why are places selling this refrigerator if can not register ?

- A:Answer The OLD, Traditional way of doing things. REGISTER By MAIL!!! One would think that DACOR would be technologically more advance by now. The website registration page does not work for the refrigerator I paid over $3G. The system does not have the refrigerator model in its database; thus, it would yield an error message. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I gave up. I called the 800 number on the back of the product manual and spoke with Customer Service Rep. She told me the ONLY WAY to register product for warranty is to fill out and mail in the card on the back of the product manual. I hope they received my registration by mail by now.

- A:Answer The doors open as any other of that size. It clears the counter tops, yes! I kinda miss the door handles.. I'm used to the handles... But I'm getting used to it. Hope this helps you.

Q: QuestionSpecs states height to top of hinge is 70". What is the height to top of case?

- A:Answer Ours stands about 70 1/8" from floor to top of fridge. Had to sand down the lip of our cabinets to fit it and its snug, but worth the effort. It's an amazing fridge so far.
