Clean any dust off the air inlet and outlet. 2. Fill with room temperature water. 3. Move the ice maker to a warmer place where the ambient temperature is higher than 5°C. 4. A: No and No, They are in the shape of a bullet But they are closer to the size of a ice cube.

Q: How do you drain it if it does not have that feature on it
A: Hello Peanut, This icemaker does have a drain at he back of the unit near the bottom. Please refer to #7 on page 3 of this manual: https://www.danby.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/DIM2500SSDB_EFSOM_DM_July.04.13.pdf The Water Outlet Drain is most often a white cap with a small rubber stopper and that is where it is drained from.
