Q: Do I have easy access to order more parts in case I need them if something was to go wrong?..
A: No. GoSwiss is out of business and Defiant e-bikes is horrible at customer service. I have their fat tire ebike now and it hangs on the wall not working. Over heated from the beginning when ridden hard. Now I have a bad battery and display/controller. It’s a throw away bike.
