A: No, this is not a flip-flop. It is your standard laptop design. It's display is beautiful and the keypad is very friendly. Dell does makes the same laptop in the 2-in-1 design.

Q: Is this lap top as bad as people say and review?
A: I was worried after reading some of the bad reviews online, but I have not experienced most of the issues with mine. I purchased 2 and one did have the backlight bleeding issue and had to be replaced, but other than that they have been great. Driver and BIOS updates seemed to have fixed many of the issues people experienced early on.
