    • Number of Channels: 7.2 (The number of discrete channels of sound output. This can be a single number or multiple numbers separated by decimal(s). The first number is the primary, horizontally directed audio channels. The number after the first decimal, if applicable, is the number of subwoofer outputs or channels. The number after the second decimal, if applicable, is the number of height or atmospheric channels designed to immerse the listener by producing overhead sound effects.)
    • Number of Audio Zones: 2 (Audio zones, typically designated by rooms in a home, are areas in which all speakers are dependent on the same sound source. • High Resolution Audio: true (Hear music the way musicians and sound technicians intended it to be heard. Products that support hi-res audio deliver audio signals with a dynamic range and bandwidth far greater than that of a standard CD so you'll be able to enjoy pure music with outstanding sound quality. The device supports high-resolution audio signals, which more closely resemble the quality of music as it was originally recorded, with more texture and detail than can be heard via typical music streaming services or CDs.)

Q: Are the hdmi ports 2.1 or only 2.0?

A: I would say BEST BUY is 100 PERCENT burnt bulbs!!! You tell me how bright a TV is, how many ports it has, how much energy I save a year in your specifications page, he11 you even tell me what version of USB it has, but you don't display the HDMI version, the most important information for people that want to connect to 120Hz 4k TVs, PS5, XBOX S/X, or Nvidia 30 Series cards. Every TV on BESTBUY website is missing information on the HDMI version because they are lazy or inept. You will have to go to the manufacturer website and see for yourself, or might want to talk to some tech support (minutes wasted). How hard is it to write: HDMI 2.1 YES

Q: does it support "arc" HDMI?

A: Yes it does with several ports

Q: How do you play DVD/BluRay with this system?

A: You'll need a separate Blu-Ray disc player, connected to this receiver via HDMI. Then, a separate HDMI connection to the TV from the receiver.

Q: does this reciever come with sirius or XM radio?

A: There is no Sirius XM tuner in the receiver, but you can listen to Sirius XM via the Internet through the Heos account service that the receiver has. This lets you use several other Internet based streaming services, such as Amazon Music, TuneIn, Spoitify, Deezer, pandora, Tidal, Raphsody, iheart Radio, Soundcloud, etc., some of which may be country specific and can change based on licensing arrangements with Heos/Denon.

Q: Is this remote IR or RF?

A: The remote is IR - Infrared.
